Noel Shaw
Having spent a part of his career in graphics - first in the printing trade and then as head of studio at the Belfast Telegraph - Noel Shaw's highly acclaimed drawing skills provide the foundation for his beautifully crafted paintings of Irish rural life and times gone by.
Now in his 70's Noel has shown at the Stables Gallery since the 1980's and has become one of Northern Ireland's most popular artists.
Shaw's paintings are to be found in many private collections both at home and abroad.
Stables Gallery is delighted to present this latest collection of fine paintings.

Tom Quinn at 91
In 1918, Tom Quinn's parents left Belfast for London with their young son. As they built their new life, Tom's artistic talents were soon recognised and he was later accepted at the Camberwell School of Art. By the 1970's Tom was showing his work on the railings at Green Park where he was discovered by a London gallery-owner. Since then Tom has had many successful exhibitions in London, Dublin and the USA. Now 91 years of age and living in France where he paints daily, Tom remains faithful to an art he has embraced for over 80 years.
Stables Gallery, the artist's exclusive representative, is delighted to present this fine collection of recent paintings.
